For Johann Scanlan, Sontec Instruments

Three conferences in a row. Three lists to work when the booth comes down.

Every buyer each show draws from, US-wide, with the practices and the people. Built for you, yours to keep.

How to read this. A show puts a few hundred surgeons past your booth. The lists below hold the whole US universe each show draws from, so the conversations you have on the floor can carry on to the ones you did not have. Each list downloads as an Excel workbook with a By state tab, so you can cut it to a territory in a minute.

Every title was read twice before the list was cut, once by us and once by an independent second pass, so residents, interns and technicians are out. The Practices tab shows where the surgeons cluster.

Within a day's drive of Charlotte: 93 surgeons in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee (North Carolina 33, South Carolina 10, Virginia 20, Georgia 16, Tennessee 14), the ones most likely to have been on the floor.

Start with the Practice owners tab: the practices whose authorized official is an owner, president or physician, so the person who signs for instruments is on the row. Then the By state tab to cut it to a territory.

Within a day's drive of Los Angeles: 1,767 otolaryngologists at 509 practices in California, 267 otolaryngologists at 89 practices in Arizona, 65 otolaryngologists at 38 practices in Nevada.

Built September 29, 2026. The otolaryngology list comes from the federal provider registry, file dated July 12, 2026, practice-location address and phone only. The two veterinary lists come from a licensed business contact database, and every title on them was read for fit by an independent second pass before the cut. Counts are exact rows in the source on the day of the build. A registry or profile entry proves a clinician exists and how they describe their specialty; it does not prove volume, quality or that they buy instruments. Use each list as a target list, not a customer list. If a row is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
